You're not behind. You're just in a different season.

Somewhere along the way we started treating growth like a timeline. Like there's a version of yourself you should already be by now - more disciplined, more consistent, further along.
And when life doesn't match that image, it's easy to feel like you're failing.
But growth was never meant to be linear. The same way seasons don't apologise for changing, you don't owe anyone a straight line.
Some seasons are for building. Some are for resting. Some are for unlearning things you didn't even know you'd picked up. All of them count.
The woman you're becoming isn't waiting at the finish line of some imagined timeline. She's being shaped right now - in the patience you're practising, the boundaries you're learning to hold, the mornings you choose to begin again.
You're not behind. You're exactly where your journey has brought you.
And that's a place worth working from.
